Tip on Layering A Dress And Hightlights of Musee d’Orsay
Happy Friday and just a quick post before the weekend!
I like the layered look of a dress over a turtleneck or shirt, so I decided to pair up a shift dress with my staple black knit top while it was still cold in Paris. I had featured a similar style in Japan and the post can be found here if you are interested to have a look. Simply could not resist the idea of styling a dress like it is an overall whenever possible!
What I particularly like about the dress is its black and yellow ribbon and rope collar embellishments, which I find very unique and cute. The dress can, of course, be worn on its own or layered over a lightweight collared top (e.g chiffon or silk shirt) during Spring or Summer when the weather is warmer. Instead of packing all your pretty dresses away when it gets colder, layering is definitely a great way to utilize them, especially if the designs are lovely and ought to be flaunted!
To end off, here are some pictures taken at the Musee d’Orsay in Paris!
Hope you have lots of fun activities planned for the weekend and see you again next week!
