A Drawstring Plaid Dress

Plaid

The plaid dress featured today is currently my favorite outfit to wear on a casual day out. The adjustable drawstring style at the waist and classic prints make this plaid dress a fantastic and comfortable wardrobe staple! Personally, I love plaids not only because they are one of the most popular prints in fashion, but also due to their “down-to-earth” quality which I find very charming. For a touch of whimsical vibe,  I added a pretty silver butterfly motif necklace to the outfit.

I got it from a boutique selling Japanese/Korean imported designs at Jurong Point Shopping Mall. Can’t remember the name of the boutique though…

It really took me some time to get into plaid. I thought it looked so great on everyone but me. I finally realized that I look just like everyone else who wears it so I don’t know why I always made it such a big deal. Haha. But then I come and see this post and i’m like “UGH! She is perfect in plaid!!!” hahahaha. You look great and I love all your plaid picks!
